Inauguration of SKF-Chalmers University Technology Centre for Sustainability (UTC)

The centre aims to deliver ground-breaking, industry-focused research on sustainability, a core area for both SKF and Chalmers. Initiated in May 2011, the SKF-Chalmers UTC is located at the division of Environmental Systems Analysis (Miljösystemanalys), Chalmers, Gothenburg.

Already, the centre has 2 PhD projects underway and two more research projects will soon be launched. The intention of the UTC is to develop research partnerships with other companies and institutions to facilitate and pursue research on sustainability.
