At SuMo Biomaterials we aim to continuously stimulate creativity throughout our centre by maintaining a culture in which we feel valued, energized and rewarded for our ideas and contributions.

We support and encourage our collaborators in discovering their own potential, through excellent learning and development opportunities. To facilitate and encourage collaboration between research projects within the center several of the projects are integrated, i.e. several of the PhD students and post-doc work and publish papers together.

Senior scientist work closely together with young scientists, post docs and PhD students creating an atmosphere with a mixture of skilled experimentalists and theoreticians.
