Per is interested in two areas; The physics of polymers and polymer solutions and ionic transport in energy related materials. The latter area mainly focuses on new materials for lithium batteries and for low temperature fuel cells but also to some small extent on new storage materials for CO2 and H2.
Per was earlier the head of the department of applied physics - the largest physics environment in Göteborg.
