The Department of Applied Physics aims at having a close collaboration with the surrounding society. A most important task is to communicate our results and methods to buissnesses, schools, NGO's and the interested public. This is achieved through research collaborations undertaken with the industry, visits by students, participation in investigations and committees as well as science-festivals and debates.
