Derong Yang is an industrial doctoral student in the Vehicle Dynamics group at the Division of Vehicle Engineering and Autonomous Systems. Derong's project aims to provide a new active safety function that controls the post impact vehicle motions for the mitigation of secondary events in multiple-event accidents. The project is in collaboration with Volvo Cars Coporation. Derong's supervisor is Bengt Jacobson.
